1. Overview

By signing up with WalkerBiz Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our lead generation services, software, and marketing solutions. Please read carefully before proceeding. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Contract and Billing Terms

All contracts with WalkerBiz Ltd start at a minimum of 3 months, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Billing will occur every month at the time specified at the start of the contract.

Payments are automatically processed using the payment method provided.

If payment fails, access to services may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.


3. Lead Generation & Estimated Performance

Estimated monthly leads vary depending on trade, location, competition, and time of year.

Lead volume is influenced by seasonal demand, advertising competition, and local market trends.

WalkerBiz Ltd will strive to generate the best quality leads possible based on your budget.


4. Payment & Ad Spend

Ad spend is managed directly by the client from their own billing account (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads).

WalkerBiz Ltd does not handle third-party ad payments but will fully manage and optimize ad campaigns.

Monthly service charges cover campaign setup, management, and optimization but do not include advertising spend.


5. Guaranteed Leads Policy

If we fail to generate the number of leads you have paid for in your first month, we will continue working for free until we do.

This guarantee applies only to the first month of service.

The second monthly payment will only be requested once the agreed number of leads from the first month have been received.

The guarantee does not apply if:

The client stops the campaign or requests changes that impact performance.

The ad budget is insufficient to generate leads in a given market.

There are external factors beyond our control (e.g., ad platform bans, policy changes, extreme market shifts).


6. Cancellation & Contract Flexibility

Contracts are a minimum of 3 months but may vary depending on the agreement.

We believe in flexibility, so once your contract is up, we make it easy to stop your lead generation.

Early termination of a contract is subject to a final settlement payment, unless otherwise agreed.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must promptly respond to leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.

Clients must provide accurate and truthful business details to avoid misleading advertising.

Clients must ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and regulations set by third-party platforms.


8. Referral & Affiliate Program

WalkerBiz Ltd offers a Lifetime Commission Share for successful referrals.

You will continue to earn commissions for as long as your referral remains a customer.

Referral bonuses will be credited within 30 days of the referred client’s first successful payment.


9. Intellectual Property

All campaigns, ads, and creative materials created by WalkerBiz Ltd remain our property.

Clients cannot duplicate or reuse campaign materials for their own independent marketing without prior consent.


10. Liability & Performance Disclaimer

WalkerBiz Ltd is not responsible for:

Leads that do not convert into sales (lead quality is managed, but closing is the client's responsibility).

External factors that affect ad performance, such as market shifts or industry regulations.

Any loss of revenue due to campaign performance outside of our control.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the UK jurisdiction where WalkerBiz Ltd operates.


12. Modifications to Terms

WalkerBiz Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of the services will indicate acceptance.
